: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow, UP (India-226014). As Bacterial isolates were collected as part of the routine clinical management of patients, according to the national guidelines in India (Registration No.-16/Inst/UP/2013/RR-25). The requirement for informed consent was waived by the Institutional Ethics committee, SGPGIMS (IRB). All patient data was kept confidential and secured. The collected patient information was used only for research purposes. Ethical clearance was approved from the institute ethical clearance committee with IEC code 2023-249-PhD-EXP-54.
