: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the College of Life Sciences, Sichuan University, and conducted by the local legislation and institutional requirements (Permit Number: SCU210429001). The experimental macaques were provided by Greenhouse Biotechnology Co., LTD (Meishan, China) and informed consent under the institutional agreement. All macaques were individually housed with standardized diets and environmental controls, following animal welfare guidelines throughout the sample collection process. This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
