: This study was conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE guidelines. Prior to sample collection, permission was obtained from the management of the affected pig farm (Aksu City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region). Tissue sampling from naturally deceased diseased pigs strictly followed the relevant provisions of the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Technical Specifications for Sampling of Livestock and Poultry Diseases issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. Animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the animal research protocol approved by the Animal Experiment Ethics Committee of Tarim University (Approval No. PB20251126001, Approval Date: November 26, 2025).
