: This study was conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (2024). The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the National Hepatology and Tropical Medicine Research Institute, Cairo, Egypt, approved it (Serial No. 5–2025). All participants provided written informed consent after receiving clear information about the study's aim and procedures.
