The standardised bacterial strains ( Bacillus cereus ATCC 11778, Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium CCM 3807, and Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19115) used in this study were obtained from the collection of microorganisms at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Ljubljana.
