Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the ethics review boards of two hospitals: (1) the Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (2023-IRB-0034-Y-01), and (2) Jinhua Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2023031733). The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants at the time of enrollment. For children under 8 years of age, informed consent was obtained from their parents. For children aged 8 years and older, informed consent was obtained from both the children and their parents.
