In addition to seedbank and herbaria supply, some accession were collected for purpose of this study in Madagascar (with authorization from the Malagasy Ministry of Scientific Research) and in New-Caledonia (licence n°60,912 from the Northern Province). Collection and identification of these new accessions were performed by Heriniaina Ramanankierana, Herizo Randriambanona, Hervé Vandrot and Jean-François Arrighi.
