: The seeds of tomato,S. habrochaites178 andS. lycopersicumFenzhenzhu were collected from Tomato Genetics Resource Center (TGRC, Accession No. LA1777) and Henan Yuyi Seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou, China, respectively. While forArabidopsis thaliana, ecotype Columbia-0 (Col-0) was used as wild type for miRNA function study experiments, and collected from the stock in our laboratory.
