: Plant materials (birch plantlets, <i>Betula platyphylla</i> Suk.) used in this study were from our lab (Forest Biological Engineering Laboratory, College of Life Science, Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China; Professor Yaguang Zhan is the chairwomen of the laboratory; Email ). All plant materials were provided free of charge. Birch plantlets used in this experiment were from tissue culture plantlets in our laboratory, its not endangered materials or species.
