: All the experimental research here described comply and are conducted in accordance with institutional, national, or international guidelines, with local legislation and with the Convention on the Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.All the plant materials come from grapevine ‘Tocai friulano’ and ‘Pinot gris’ certificated clones commercially used in Europe. The grapevine varieties are identified by an official certificate of the National phytosanitary service, are available in the market and can be bought by European grapevine nurseries.The authors declared that they obtained a formal permission from the owners to collect ‘Tocai friulano’ and ‘Pinot gris’ grapevine samples in the vineyards.
