: All experimental research was conducted in accordance with relevant institutional, national, and international guidelines and legislation. Plant samples used in the study were not collected from national park or natural reserve. The term “wild type” Huaduo21 (H21) represent neo-tetraploid rice variety that was used to analyze data. H21 was developed by our research group. We declared that the permissions were obtained for the collection of plant material and seeds (from Prof. Xiangdong Liu, South China Agricultural University), and the permission was obtained from Prof. Xiangdong Liu.
