: Fresh samples of Phryma leptostachya were directly collected from Gayasan Mt., Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea (KHUM20140008: 35.800323°N, 128.098229°E) by H.K. Moon. Additionally, samples from Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russia (KHUJ20140001: 43.177034°N, 131.946176°E) and Athens County, Ohio, USA (KHUC20141453: 39.344397°N, 82.087248°W) were kindly provided by collaborators. These voucher specimens were deposited in the herbarium of Kyung Hee University. For barcoding analysis, dried samples were obtained from herbarium specimens at the Meise Botanic Garden in Belgium (BR), National Institute of Biological Resources in South Korea (KB), and Naturalis Biodiversity Center in the Netherlands (L), with appropriate permissions.
