: The plant material of the study consisted of trees in the sweet cherry orchard established by saplings provided by Alara Arboriculture Company Bursa- Türkiye in 2017 within the scope of a project conducted by Erdal Ağlar and supported by the Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Institution. Therefore, the orchard from which the material is collected is under the control of Erdal Ağlar, the project manager and the correspondding author of the article. In this sense, there is no ethical problem in terms of material. Morever, we have obtained appropriate permission from the responsible committee to collect the plant material from the orchad.
