The collection and experimental research of L. chinensis in this study complied with ‘Regulations on the Protection of Wild Plants of the People’s Republic of China’. The seeds of L. chinensis used in this study is West Ujimqin Leymus, No. 008-2019, provided by the Grassland Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China).
