: The plant material of the study consisted of fruits obtained from five-year-old Ziziphus jujuba Mill. cv. ‘Lang’ variety jujube trees located in Yeşilvadi Farm in Harmanağılı Village of Suluova district of Amasya province. No permission was required for the collection of samples. The study is not clinical trail.
