: All experimental research on plant materials in this study, including germplasm management, propagation, genetic transformation, and sample collection, strictly complied with the institutional, national and international guidelines. This study did not involve the collection of wild plant materials from natural populations, thus no field collection permit was required. All materials used were artificially propagated clonal materials, and the germplasm use and transfer fully complied with relevant international and domestic regulations.
