Ethics approval and consent to participate

: After the purpose of the study was explained, a written informed consent was obtained from patients before data collection. Patients were informed that participating in the study was voluntary and that refusal to participate would not compromise the medical care or the surgical care. The right to withdraw from the study at any time was also assured. The interviews were conducted in a private room in the patient preparing room to ensure privacy. Coding was used to eliminate names and other personal identification of respondents throughout the study process to ensure participants confidentiality.
