Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the local Ethics Committee University of Freiburg, Germany (approval number AZ 99/15; Ethik-Kommission der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, Engelberger Straße 21, 79106 Freiburg).An individual consent of the patients was not required because all methods of analgesia are standard approachs in our institution. The study has a retrospective design, and only closed cases were enclosed. The institutional review board declined the need for retrospective information and consent of the analyzed patients.
