: The research was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics of South-East Norway approved the trial on December 12th, 2018 (Ref: 2018/2176 A). Additionally, the Norwegian Center for Research Data (Ref: 467838), the Data Protection Official (Ref: 95925), and the administration heads of the participating hospital gave their approval. The patients were invited and briefed using verbal and written forms before the trial; both written and oral informed consent was obtained from each patient in accordance with the principle of autonomy.
