: All data analyzed were part of routine medical records and thus no informed consent was required according to the federal law in Germany. Our analysis looked retrospectively at outcomes for a large cohort of patients. This was done internally to improve our quality of care. The retrospective analysis was approved by the local institutional ethical review board (Ethik-Kommission der Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg; Ref. 20210505 03). Each patient was pseudonymized using a study number. The final database was final database was analyzed anonymously.
