: This prospective interventional study was approved by the local ethics committee (independent Institutional Ethics Committee of Xuanwu Hospital Institutional Review Board, China,IRB no.:XWAD-202008–12) on 12 /08/2020.;. Written informed consent was obtained from all study participants before enrollment. The trial was registered with(NCT04675372)(Sponsors: China International Neuroscience Institution on 19/12 /2020). Our methodology followed the international guidelines for international studies.
