Ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the first affiliated of Gannan Medical University (reference number: llsc-2024106) on March 27, 2024. The trial was registered online on 3 April 2024 in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR2400082665, ), and the first patient was enrolled on April 3, 2024.
