: This is a double-blind, prospective randomized controlled trial conducted from May 16, 2024 to July 31, 2024 at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University (XYFY2024-KL193-01) and was registered at the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR2400084435; registration date: May 16, 2024).
