: The data for this study was approved by the INSPIRE database. The INSPIRE dataset gained the permission of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH, IRB No. H-2210-078-1368), as laid out in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments. Due to the retrospective design of the study, the IRB also abandoned the necessary for informed consent. All information in the INSPIRE dataset is freely available to the public, therefore, no additional ethical approval is required from a medical ethics committee.
