: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Wallaga University with reference number Ref-121/2024 and offered to Wallaga University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital and Nekemte Comprehensive Specialized Hospital for permission and cooperation before data collection. Formal notification of the study was provided to the relevant personnel in the selected healthcare facilities through official correspondence. All the participants of the study were informed about the study’s objectives and purpose, and oral consent was obtained from each participant. All the collected data was kept confidential, and personal identification was not stated in the questionnaire.
