: The present study was a prospective, randomized, single- blind, clinical trial. The protocol was ethically approved by Zagazig University’s Institutional Review Board (IRB#9577/19-9-2022). The clinicaltrials.gov number was (NCT05672784, 5-11-2022). . The first patient was enrolled on 15th November 2022.Written informed consent was obtained from all participants after they understood the concept of this research. The study was performed in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of Helsinki Declarations.
