: This study was a prospective, double-blind, randomized controlled trial, which has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University (XYFY2024-KL349-01) and registered at the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ( , ChiCTR2400088052, registration date: August 9, 2024). It was conducted at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from August to December 2024. The trial followed the CONSORT guidelines and Declarations of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all patients.
