: This prospective, randomized, controlled study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University (original approval No. PJ-PJ‑Ke‑2024‑292) and conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the initiation of the study, the protocol underwent an amendment, which was approved under No. YJ‑2025‑373. The trial was prospectively registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR) on 5 February 2025 (registration identifier: ChiCTR2500096716).
