: Ethical approval for this study (ethical lot number: PJ-XS-20250227-005) was provided by the Ethical Committee of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (Chairperson Prof Zhang Qingwen) on 6 March 2015.
