Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was a single-center, double-blind, randomized controlled trial. The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University (Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China) with the approval number 2025-ER-033. The study was conducted in strict accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (2013 revision). The study protocol was prospectively registered at the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR, ) on November 13, 2025, with the clinical trial registration number ChiCTR2500112382. Written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled participants before randomization, and the informed consent process fully complied with the requirements of the ethics committee.
