: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Urmia University of Medical Sciences with the ethics code of <u>IR.UMSU.REC.1397.236</u>, and all study steps were conducted under the supervision of this committee. All the patients were provided with written and oral explanations on the study course and goals. Then, they gave written informed consent. This process was done before the participant enrollment. All the patients were allowed to leave the study at any step. Data confidentiality was ensured, and the patients did not have to undergo any extra intervention or pay extra costs. Finally, the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki were followed in the present study.
