: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jimma University, institute of health before starting actual data collection and given to JMC. Participation of patients in this study was entirely voluntary and confidential. Private information like name and address were protected. Non-participation didn't affect participants' care at the ward. Each participant was asked to sign a written informed consent before data collection and for those aged 15–17 years, parents had been requested for consent and accordingly informed consent was obtained from the parents for all aged 15–17 years. The right of participants to withdraw from the interview or not to participate was respected. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki).
