: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Jimma University, Institute of Health with a reference number of IRB/000195/01/04/2020. The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki recommendations (33). Permission was obtained from responsible bodies of respective hospitals before interviewing patients and extracting data from active patients' case records. Written and verbal informed consent was obtained from all study participants. The confidentiality, autonomy, and beneficence of the patients were kept throughout the study period and only the principal investigator, supervisors, and data collectors had access to the patient's information.
