: The MOBILE IC Trial was reviewed by the FDA and was identified as exempt from Investigational New Drug review (IND145416). The VAPHS Investigational Review Board approved the procedures specified by the MOBILE IC study protocol which includes written informed consent for each participant completed by the investigators in combination with study personnel (1622906; Supplement).
