: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional review board (IRB) of Jimma University and permission letter (Ref-No IRB 0002542012) was given to JMC Administration office. JMC Administration office wrote a letter to the outpatient cardiac unit. The study participants were taken informed consent regarding the objectives study. And each study participant was asked to sign on written informed consent form before data collection began. The participants were informed of their full right either to leave or discontinue from the study at any time. In addition, patient identification code was used rather than name to identify patients. Privacy and confidential issue of the patient was protected. All methods were done with valuable guidelines and regulations (declaration of Helsinki).
