: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Institute of Health, Jimma University. Then permission letter was obtained from Jimma Medical Center, Psychiatry department. The study was carried out in accordance with the ethical guideline of Helsinki. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, right not to participate or withdraw at any time and written informed consent was obtained from the study participants before the data collection. For participants who were not capable of giving consent, the consent was obtained from their care givers. Data confidentiality was kept at all stages of data processing. All measurements were undertaken according to the standard operating procedures. Covid-19 prevention measures were taken while approaching the study participants.
