: This study was conducted in strict accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. The study proposal was formally approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University (R.23.06.2230), and by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University (FMASU R255/2023). Prior to participation, all subjects were thoroughly informed about the nature and purpose of the research, ensuring they had all the necessary information to make an informed decision regarding their involvement. Ethical principles sanctioned by the Ethics Committee were strictly adhered to. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects, affirming their voluntary participation in the study.
