: The study adhered to the principles enshrined in the Helsinki Declaration for the conduct of human subject research. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institute of Health Research Ethics Committee of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS-REC A7 (1) 2 l-22). Administrative approvals for the study were also obtained from the district and regional health directorates. Written consent was obtained from each participant before their enrolment. Study participants were designated specific study codes (telephone numbers), and all related documentation was an inference to these codes such that the confidentiality and privacy of study subjects were protected.
