: Ethical clearance with reference number 564/2023 was obtained from Institutional Review Board (IRB) of College of Medicine and health science, University of Gondar. Since the study was retrospective in nature, obtaining individual patient consent was not feasible. Instead, a letter of permission for the chart review was secured from the Medical Director of UOGSCH prior to the start of data collection. Privacy and confidentiality of information was kept properly and names were not recorded.
