The Research Ethics Committee of the Clinics Hospital of the Federal University of Goiás approved the first BHR under protocol nº 532146. All participants signed an informed consent form before the interviews started. All participants were informed about the objectives of the research and signed separate informed consent forms for the interviews and physical measurements.
