: The secondary data analysis is based on the pseudonymized drug prescription data according to § 300 SGB V as well as the diagnostic data of outpatients according to § 295 SGB V. Since the processing of these data takes place within the framework of the tasks of the Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Germany according to the German Social Security Code, Book V (here in particular 73 (8) SGB V) on behalf of the participating Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians according to § 80 SGB X, the data can be processed without a declaration of consent.
