: This study was conducted using data from two cohorts: the Huinan Cohort and the UK Biobank. The Huinan Cohort Study was approved by the Pudong Hospital Ethics Committee (Approval No: 2023-IIT-021-F01) and was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
