: This research received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University, under protocol number 807/2023. Formal approval letters were obtained from both the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and the medical director of TGSH, as well as permission from the head of the cardiology department to collect data. Informed consent was obtained from all participants before their inclusion in the study. To protect participant privacy and confidentiality, no personal identifiers were recorded on data collection forms. All data were securely stored and accessible only to the research team. Strict confidentiality measures were maintained throughout the study to ensure that information was used solely for research purposes. Access to the data was restricted to authorized personnel to safeguard participant privacy and data integrity. The study was conducted by the principles outlined in Helsinki.
