: The ethical approval for this retrospective analysis was obtained from the Samsun University Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Approval No: 2020/9/7). The study conforms to the ethical standards of the Declaration of Helsinki, the Turkish Regulation on Non-Interventional Clinical Research, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. All data extracted from clinical records were irreversibly anonymized prior to analysis, with all direct and indirect identifiers removed.
