: The iSCAD registry is a multicenter study. Ethical approval for the coordinating center was granted by the Committee on Clinical Investigation (IRB) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Each participating center also obtained approval from their individual institutional review board (IRB). All study procedures were conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from each patient at the time of enrollment.
