: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee (IREC) of Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical Collage (SPHMMC) Ethical Clearance PM23/79 by date 26/07/2024 and then a written permission letter was sought from the school administration through the academic vice provost of the school to carry out the study. Patients were informed about the aim, benefit and possible inconvenience of the study. They were assured that the information they provided would remain confidential and that they had the right to withdraw at any time if necessary. Assurance was given to patients that the collected data remain anonymous and not used for other purpose. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and those who provided written consent were selected and enrolled in the study.
