Ethics approval and consent to participate

: As stated in the methods section, official ethical approval was obtained from the Research and Ethical Committee of Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Aden University, Aden, Yemen. To avoid having different approaches of informed consent because we have an online and in place participants, Research Committee agreed on having verbal consent from the respondents. Furthermore, the participation in the study was voluntary, anonymous, and independent, as well as confidentiality of the study was ensured
