: With reference to the ethics committee of the Frankfurt University Hospital, only studies that are embedded in the AMG (Gesetz über den Verkehr mit Arzneimitteln) and/or MPG (Gesetz über Medizinprodukte) must be submitted to the committee. Explicitly mentioned here are research projects that are carried out on humans. However, in this work no human data were used, but only technical data. An ethics vote was not necessary because the study is based on retrospective data that were anonymized at the source.
