: This qualitative improvement project was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency (j. nr. P-2020-601) and registered at (). We applied for ethical approval from The Danish National Committee on Health Research Ethics (VEK 16038443), but formal approval was waived. Callers gave informed consent to share livestream video from the camera on their smartphone by pressing ‘accept’ in a text messages send by the medical dispatchers and informed other bystanders and the patient that live video was being added to the emergency call.
