: According to Norwegian regulations, projects involving data collected from interventions or invasive procedures on human beings or personal health data are required to obtain formal approval from an Ethical board. In this project using only volunteers, no identifying information was collected at any stage during the study. We collected no special category data from participants. The use of anonymous data does not need any formal approval or recommendation from Ethical board or Data protection officer according to Norwegian regulations^,. Verbal consent after information about the nature of the project was considered sufficient and appropriate to maintain anonymity. We obtained verbal consent from all participants for data collection and for publication.
